Tour 2: Ngong Ping Village on Lantau Island with Vegetarian Lunch* (Minimum Operation: 10 Persons)

Drive through Tsing Ma Bridge to Tung Chung. Experience Ngong Ping Skyrail journey. You will enjoy some of the best views in Hong Kong, as the cable car cabin glides over the South China Sea and North Lantau Country Park on an amazing 20-25 minute experience. Ever-changing panoramic views include the Hong Kong International Airport, verdant, mountainous terrain of Lantau Island and the Tian Tan Buddha Statue. Continue to visit the Ngong Ping Village’s Walking with Buddha and Monkey’s Tale Theatre attraction and tea demonstration at Tea House if time allows.
Tour 3: New Territories Heritage Tour* (Minimum Operation: 10 Persons)

Hidden away among high-rise apartment towers and busy highways, the past lives on in the New Territories. Take a tour around the New Territories shows you the rural aspect of Hong Kong. Visit the enchanting Lam Tsuen Wishing Trees in Tai Po. Local villagers burn joss sticks and incense papers hoping their wishes will come true. Last stop will be made at Heritage Museum life in Shatin. The museum complex features a variety of specially designed exhibition possibilities to cover different aspects of history, arts and culture.
Tour 4: Cultural Tour* (Minimum Operation: 10 Persons)

Tour starts at the Nan Lian Garden. The art of landscape gardening is an important facet of Chinese culture and continue to visit Chi Lin Nunnery. Last stop will be made at the Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware located inside Hong Kong Park, the charming colonial house which was once the office and residence of the Commander of the British Forces.
Tour 5 - Harbour Light & Seafood Dinner Cruise (Minimum Operation: 50 Persons)
Date: June 2, 2010 (Wednesday) Time: 18:30 –21:30 Tour Price: HK$440 per person
Begins with a harbour cruise on a traditional Chinese sightseeing junk to sail around to let you enjoy the exciting night views of Hong Kong Harbour, serving unlimited drinks on board. Thereafter takes you to Lei Yue Mun Seafood Village known as a seafood paradise for a brief walk ashore, and for a sumptuous 10 course Chinese Dinner at one of their famous seafood restaurants. On return, enjoy more of the glittering harbour views by night on the junk.
Tour 6 - New Lantau Tour with Vegetarian Lunch (Minimum Operation: 20 Persons)
Date: June 3, 2010 (Thursday) Time: 08:45 – 15:45 Tour Price: HK$680 per person
Discover a pristine beach, a traditional fishing village, lush valleys, soaring mountains and spiritual enlightenment on Hong Kong largest island. For the full day tour, visitors take a fast ferry through the Harbour to Lantau Island, then board a coach to the beautiful Cheung Sha beach and on to the unique Tai O fishing village, where fishermen homes are built on stilts. The coach then takes a winding road up the mountain to Ngong Ping Plateau where the Giant Buddha sits majestically close to the Po Lin Monastery. Ample time is allowed for a guided tour of the Po Lin Monastery and Giant Buddha Exhibition Hall. A short walk away is the Wisdom Path where an ancient prayer is inscribed on a series of wooden columns set in a figure of eight to signify infinity. A vegetarian meal is served in the Monastery. The tour ends with a spectacular ride aboard the Skyrail cable car offering stunning views going down to Tung Chung.
Tour 7 – Shenzhen City Tour + China Folk Culture Villages (Minimum Operation: 20 Persons)
Date: June 5, 2010 (Saturday) Time: 06:45 - 15:45 Tour Price: HK$880 per person
In the morning, pick up from the designated hotel and catch the first class train to Shenzhen. Then, take a brief city tour and discover how Shenzhen is developing. Visit an exhibition of the famous Terra-cotta Warriors & Horse. After lunch, visit China Folk Culture Villages to meet the ethnic minorities and their traditional dwellings. Continue to see Splendid China to observe the extraordinary collection of miniature replicas of China best lovely attractions. Afterwards, return to Hong Kong by first class train. Tour end at Tsim Sha Tsui Districts. You must have your own China Visa to Mainland China. (Guests return hotel on their own.)
Tour 8 – Macau Day Tour with Lunch (Minimum Operation: 20 Persons)
Date: June 5, 2010 (Saturday) Time: 08:45 - 17:45 Tour Price: HK$850 per person
A 75 minute Jetfoil, Turbocat or Catamaran ride brings you to Macau with visits to Kum Yam Temple, up to Penha Hill for a magnificent view of the city, Barrier Gate at the border between Macau and China and the Ruins of St. Paul Cathedral. A western lunch will be served and followed by free time to visit the famous Casino.

Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings are subject to acceptance on a first come, first served basis
2. On receipt of completed form and payment, confirmation will be sent to the participant
3. All tours will be organized for a specific minimum number of people exclusively. In the event of no-show, payment is not refundable.
4. All tour prices include a round trip transfer and English-speaking guide service throughout, unless otherwise specified.
5. Final tour arrangements are subject to change in weather conditions and minimum quota requirements. In the event of cancellation of tours, the only liability of Conference Secretariat is to refund the tour fees paid.
6. Please reconfirm the tour pick up point and time at the tour desk.
7. Participants are advised to arrange personal travel insurance to cover loss incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage or loss of personal effects. Conference Secretariat will accept no liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the participants during the organized tours.
Payment Policy
Tour fee is required at time of reservation and will be charged if the tour can be operated.
Cancellation charge will be applied as follows if cancellation notice is received:
After 1 May 2010 - 50% of the tour fee
7 days prior to departure - 100% of the tour fee
