^ Financial assistance up to a maximum of HK$800 per student is available to Hong Kong full-time post-secondary students subject to application. A copy of the applicant’s Hong Kong Student ID card is required for registration.

* For Attendant/Caregiver for PWD, social package cost to include one pre–conference technical tour, welcome reception, coffee breaks and gala dinner will be at HK$1,000 per person.

* An attendant/caregiver is a person who accompanies a delegate or one who assists the delegate with disability to attend TRANSED 2010 by providing the necessary support and services. If you want to register as an attendant, you must register in the delegate’s registration form. Please note that attendants are not entitled for any pre-conference technical tour, welcome reception, coffee breaks and gala dinner. Social package cost to include one pre-conference technical tour, welcome reception, coffee breaks and gala dinner will be at HK$1,000.

Payment

Payment of registration fees should be made in Hong Kong Dollars through the following options:

-	Bank Draft/Local Cheque (Local Hong Kong cheque only) – should be in HONG KONG DOLLARS payable to the order of “The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation”. Bank charges incurred by the Organizer due to incorrect submission of bank drafts will be recharged to the responsible person.
-	Credit Card VISA/MasterCard/American Express Download the Payment Declaration Form

Only registration forms accompanied by full payment will be processed.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing and received by the Registration Secretariat before the dates below:

Refunds will only be made one month after the Conference.
